1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Real Estate Thai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

3. Marketplace Nature

Real Estate Thai is a technology platform that connects real estate agents and property owners with customers. We do not own, operate, or control the properties listed on the platform. The lease or purchase agreement is directly between the Agent/Owner and the Customer.

4. Digital Protocols

All users agree to use our digital inspection protocol for property move-in and move-out. This includes providing accurate meter readings and photo/video evidence of the property's condition.

5. Fees and Payments

Platform commissions are applied to transactions. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. Agents/Owners are responsible for their own tax obligations under Thai law.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the platform for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to fraud, unauthorized property access, or circumventing the platform's booking and payment systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and technology on this platform are the property of Real Estate Thai and are protected by international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Estate Thai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
